Data Retraction from C4C to BW - Sales Org GUID to Internal ID

Hi,

While retracting C4C data to BW ( Opportunity Header) Sales Org is coming in GUID format. Is there any master data datasource  in C4C to get the relation between GUID and Internal ID?

For Account I found data source (Account Master Data) to get the relationship between GUID and Account Id.
