If I'm running MRP today (20/01/2016) and before the MRP run MD04 looked like this

                     Stock              0

26/01/2016     Sale               -1

27/01/2016     Sale               -1

27/01/2016     Sale               -1

Assuming there is a 7 day planned delivery time.  After the MRP run it would look like this:

                     Stock              0

26/01/2016     Sale               -1

27/01/2016     Requisition     +1     (Exception:Reschedule 26/01/2016)

27/01/2016     Requisition     +2

27/01/2016     Sale               -1

27/01/2016     Sale               -1

This is a very simple example and you can do things to combine the requirement dates but basically you get a requisition for each requirement date.

There are easy ways to combine the multiple requisitions into a single purchase order line.
