Hi Renne,

             I followed the below link of admin guide and section 4.14.8 Configuring Knowledge Base Integration just speaks about enabling solution finder and then it continues with the external KB with mashups, Do we not need to maintain the problems and solution( we use to perform in SAP CRM on premise) ?
