I just did this last month and it works

1. Maintain tke_bus_trans table as below

2. Transport the entries in this table

3. In OMJJ, assign a new modifier to Z90 Mvt. Type, as, ZBR

4. In OBYC, assign Cost Element in GBB-ZBR

5. Maintain the Cost Element in PA TRansfer Structure FI

100% it will work
